How do I delete my account?

Just Downgrade your account, or delete it completely?

In case you still have an active subscription, please cancel your plan first. For this, please use our downgrade request form.
 In the case of a downgrade,  your exhibitions and artworks aren't lost, your profile settings remain, and you can always return with your login. This way you can also upgrade again if you wish to have public virtual exhibitions again.

If you would like to have all your data removed irrevocably from our system, you can add this request in the comment box of the downgrade form, at the bottom at the form or contact us to file your delete request. Please understand that you need to explicitly allow our staff to delete your content (art, exhibitions) unless you haven´t already done yourself.
