Guided by impulses, some of her images are created from spontaneous brush strokes that often remain in this form. Others experience change – diffuses become concrete, concrete abstract. She is always looking for something new and does not want to remain faithful to any style, only to itself.
Many pictures are inspirated by the colors of her favorite island Mallorca, the special light, the blue sea and the iron-containing terra rossa, she likes to give the viewer the opportunity to find his individual interpretations.
Born in Austria she was painting during all her youth. After her study at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna she worked as a graphic designer. After 35 years in advertising she turned back to be an artist in 2009. Beneath intensive working with famous art teachers and artists, she developed as an autodidact. In the last years she had solo exhibitions in Austria and Mallorca and had been part of various exhibitions in Austria, Germany, Italy, Greek, Spain and China.
