Prepare Bulk Import: CSV

First download the CSV file. Each column has a specific and easy-to-understand title.

Important: Do not alter the headings of the table, and make sure that the names of the files in your column exactly match. 


1. Fill out the CSV form according to your artwork files. Check out the detailed preparation article for your artworks

2. Check column names and quickly go through entered values, especially:

  • Decimal delimiter should be "."
  • Price should be a number (not £195.00)

3. Save the CSV, which needs to be encoded in UTF-8. 4. Upload the CSV form and proceed with the import

 

Saving the CSV with LibreOffice:

  1. Open the file in LibreOffice Calc
  2. File -> Save As... -> select "csv" as file type
  3. Set "Character set:" to UTF-8
  4. Set "Field delimiter:" to "," (comma)
  5. Set "String delimiter:" to "
  6. Check the boxes "Save cell content as shown" and "Quote all text cells"
