Please have the artwork files (images, 3d files ->Tutorial) and file with the data (CSV, ->Tutorial) prepared prior to beginning the import process.
Important: Please ensure that you are logged into your account before performing the import process!
Workflow:
1. Step: Data Upload
Upload the CSV file with the artwork data.
2. Step: Data check
Once uploaded, the software will perform a data check. If any errors are detected, update the CSV file accordingly and click on "Reupload" to return to the first step.
3. Step: Artwork upload
Add the image files. Files that are missing will be shown at the bottom of the page.
4. Step: Import
Please perform a final check to get a preview of your artworks (combined with the data from the CSV file). If any errors are detected, please click here to get help, and then go to the final step and click on "Import". The import can take a few minutes, depending on the number of artworks and the speed of the interent connection. You can review the result in the ART.DEPOT in your account or start curating directly! If you wish to delete the imported artworks use the "Undo import" and start again. Please click on "Start new upload" to return to the first step. Furthermore, you can download a CSV with the results of the import.
