    Blue Fringe Arts and Literature Festival is a celebration of the creativity of people with a lived experience of mental health concerns and a celebration of youth wellbeing and resilience. It is held in October each year to coincide with Mental Health Month. This year is the 30th Blue Fringe Festival. The Blue Fringe Committee is made up of community workers and volunteers. It is a grassroots community led and community driven Festival.
