"Drops" Photo creations by Andrea Laybauer

    07 Nov 2018 – 07 Dec 2018

When I'm shooting the little drops that fall down in a bowl full of water, I realize how stunning this invisible world that surrounds us is. What happens in this fraction of time is far beyond what we can see, that's why the macro world is called the hidden world. To photograph drops in highspeed process takes time, patience and a refined technique as it is a particular artwork; it's usual to click around 300 pictures to get "the one". The gracefullness of my artwork is bring to light the complexity and the grandiosity of our nature thought my camera lenses.

"Beyond The Night" Mixed Media paintinsgs by Sylvie Gedda

    07 Nov 2018 – 07 Dec 2018

"I work with inks and pigments in the thickness of epoxy resin cast on canvas or wood. I always start with the manufacturing and colour dosage. I don't wonder what I want to tell, I have a visceral need to say in colour. The resin having proved its worth (paintings on synthetic glass installed outside) I use the same technique on canvas. My experience on synthetic glass allows me to anticipate the effects produced, to be able to drive them and to control them. I work on the shades, the degrees of depth of each color I use. I also combine different techniques: reworked stains, overlapping of several colours before drying, line work. My sources of inspiration are inspired by Nature in the broadest sense of the word: cosmic, microcosmic, terrestrial, aquatic, human. I'm interested in life. The canvas can be framed, American box or wood frame." Sylvia Gedda

    "Pretty Heaven" by Pepe Aguilar

    07 Nov 2018 – 07 Dec 2018

Aguilar creates his unique works using the art of rubikubism. Rubikubism is three dimensional art with two levels of interpretation. Up close, the art is about the textures and patterns. But at a distance, it reveals an image, one that only exists in the mind of the beholder. It demands interaction from the viewer, who is gratified by a sense of discovery. Aguilar says that creating rubikubism is like deconstructing an idea and putting it back together again. The finished art lets the viewer decipher the creative process. Aguilar began his venture into rubikubism in 2015. He uses this method of art to pay tribute to Mexican pop icons. In his work, iconic figures such as Emiliano Zapata, Frida Kahlo, and El Santo are present. Pepe Aguilar currently lives in New York where he works as the Chief Creative Officer at Grey Wing. His work has been recognized all around the world, including the prestigious Cannes Lions Festival, where he’s been awarded with 14 Cannes Lions.
