The Exhibition Manager now includes a search function that lets you quickly find exhibitions by title or ID. This is especially useful for users managing a large number of exhibitions—saving time and keeping things organized.

Resolved an issue where currency-specific  country icons were not displaying correctly in the artwork form. This ensures a more intuitive and visually consistent pricing input experience.

The artwork info panel now offers an upgraded zoom function that displays images in higher resolution. This allows for a more detailed and immersive viewing experience.

Curation mode now includes a report showing the file sizes of artworks. This helps curators optimize load performance and manage large files more effectively.

The guided tour has been enhanced with a new player interface, allowing visitors to jump forward or back between stops and see their progress. This makes navigating exhibitions more intuitive and flexible.

We’re excited to announce the official release of the Artwork Bulk Importer! This powerful new tool allows you to upload and manage large volumes of artworks in one streamlined process. Whether you're setting up a big exhibition or updating your collection, bulk importing saves time, reduces manual work, and helps you stay organized.

Included Space #154 is now available in both its original turquoise (legacy) and a new matte blue finish. This offers more visual flexibility when designing exhibitions. Existing exhibitions remain unchanged—this is an additional option you can choose going forward.

We're excited to announce the addition of "Scape," a medium-sized 3D gallery space designed to enhance your virtual exhibitions. Featuring four walls, a bench, and a panoramic glass façade overlooking various landscapes, "Scape" offers visitors an intuitive sense of orientation and a multifaceted viewing experience. 

The artwork preselection now shows when an artwork is already used in other exhibitions. You’ll see icons next to each exhibition title indicating its status (public, in prep, or archived). Clicking on a title opens the exhibition directly with the selected artwork as the target—making cross-exhibition management much smoother.

Super useful for curators juggling multiple shows.

You can now export the list of artworks from any exhibition directly to an Excel file—including thumbnail images! This makes it easier to archive, share, or manage your exhibitions outside the platform.

The Loft exhibition space (#28) has been visually updated to align with the rendering quality of our newer spaces. While the walls now have a slightly different look, the dimensions remain unchanged. Existing exhibitions using the Loft are not affected—this update applies only to new setups going forward.

Most spaces on the marketplace now showcase example exhibitions below the 3D preview! 
We display only public, listed exhibitions that have a custom poster image. A maximum of 25 exhibitions are shown in a randomized order. If a space has fewer than 3 qualifying exhibitions, the block will be hidden automatically. ✨

You can now duplicate artworks directly from the Manage Art overview or the artwork detail page! 
The form will be pre-filled with all data and files from the original piece, making it super easy to tweak anything that should be different and save it as a brand-new artwork. 

The artwork detail page now fully supports all artwork types! 

• Sculptures and billboards are displayed in 3D 🖼️
• Videos come with a built-in video player 🎥
• Artworks with audio feature an audio player 🎵

We've fixed an issue where Google Translator could interfere with form submissions — especially when creating or updating exhibitions. 🛠️
Everything should now work smoothly, even with translation enabled! 

The 3D viewer just got a few neat improvements! 

• New audio controls: you can now mute or simply lower the volume 🔉🔇
• We switched to our own icon font — some icons have been updated
• The fullscreen button is now always visible (if supported by your browser) 🖥️✨

You can now delete multiple artworks at once from the Manage Artworks page! 
Deleted artworks are moved to a bin and will be permanently removed after 30 days. During that time, you can restore them anytime — as long as you haven’t reached your account’s artwork limit. 🔄

You can now search exhibitions by exhibitor name in the exhibition overview! 🚀

We added a Lock button in Curation Mode! 
You can now temporarily lock the position of 2D artworks, making it easier to fine-tune your exhibition without accidentally moving pieces around.

• Unlisted exhibitions are now hidden from search results.
• However, unlisted exhibitions can still be accessed directly by entering their ID.
• We also improved the overall search performance for a faster, smoother experience! 

We made several updates to improve the Teleporter experience:

• Fixed a bug when clicking a teleporter from the catalog. 🛠️
• Added a hint if the teleportation target is not published. 💬
• In Guided Tours, visitors can now jump through teleporters instead of skipping artworks! 🚀

We added a new embeddedVideo tag! 🎉
When used, videos will now open in a player instead of being displayed on a wall — just like embedded YouTube or Vimeo videos, but without any extra effort. 
The videos are loaded directly from Kunstmatrix servers for a smooth and seamless experience!

• Fixed an issue where the App Preview in the Selection Manager didn’t display artworks without height or width. 🖼️✅

Art.Spaces Backend:

We’ve made several updates to improve the design and usability of the Exhibition Manager:

When switching exhibitions using a teleporter, the splashscreen no longer appears after the jump.

• Integrated import logging, allowing imported artworks to be rolled back if needed.
