The Beauty of Transience
The nature of a candle flame, someday it will be vanishing, just like human lives.
When it is lit, there we experience a whole different world of
light, not only lighting objects gently to be seen, but also reaching to reflect so many colors of our emotions.
It is my lifelong work to create a candle to light up your heart.
In 2016, I started creating wax wall art combined with oil paintings.
While making a candle with a living flame, it is a still life work abstractly capturing sceneries of human souls.
The nature of wax gives us softness and fragility, and oil painting cultivates its colors and textures over time.
